I build the connections between business systems and keep them running. At ThoughtSpot I owned that work end to end: gathering requirements with finance, HR and sales teams, writing the integration code, and tracing failures back to the record that caused them. I explain technical problems in plain language, and I like quiet systems that just work.
An AI agent that reads a failed integration run, investigates it with tool calls and returns a structured diagnosis. Scored against a labeled test set, it automates troubleshooting I used to do by hand.
Moved invoices, expense lines and employee records between the ERP and the spend-management system, so the finance team could run procure-to-pay without re-entering data.
Kept sales orders flowing from the CRM into the ERP, and traced failures through logs and API responses in both directions to the exact record that broke.
Built an agent in Boomi Agent Studio to reorganize folders across every project, then held it back from running on its own. Because it moved production files, I rebuilt it to get a person's approval before each change.
Traced an unexpected platform overage to nested connector calls in our own processes and reduced executions. Then managed the vendor renewal, escalated to the CTO and CFO when it stalled, and closed the contract with 20 connectors.
